Objectives  This Masterclass aims to show you what to expect in international meetings and how to adpat your culture's meeting style to reflect the needs and expectations of people from a different background to win them over to your way of thinking! It can be country specific or international in general, depending on your requirements. Whatever your meeting is about and wherever it is held, international participants always come with their own agenda and decision-making styles. This programme will show you the who, what and why of how to make things happen and reach agreements that go beyond the board room. This, along with dynamic communication skills coaching, will ensure you are internationally prepared.

Duration Flexible: an intensive single day, two half days or a series of 'breakfast' sessions as required.
Delegates Groups: ideally 4 minimum, 8 maximum. Also available as one-to-one coaching, and as an open course by arrangement. To derive maximum benefit numbers must be strictly limited.
